Critical support

As a non-profit organization, FOLKS depends on support from its members, corporate sponsors and donors to help fund projects that maintain and enhance the state park we love.

In addition to financial support, members often contribute their time, talents and energy to operations of FOLKS and events that we sponsor. No matter what your interest, there is a role for you.

Friends of Lovers Key is a registered private, non-profit organization and is classified under Section 501c(3) of the IRS code and is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (registration no. CH9295). Your dollars help support your park and ensure its viability for future generations.

The Benefits of Membership

Individual – All family privileges for one person.

Couple/Family – Membership card and subscription to FOLK's newsletter, Free park entry 12 times per year, ability to accumulate volunteer hours toward a free park pass and a Florida State parks pass, Eligible for selected member only special events, and 10% discount on all FOLK's merchandise.

Corporate Gold – (5 or less employees)– Membership card and subscription to FOLK's newsletter, Free park entry 12 times per year, ability to accumulate volunteer hours toward a free park pass and a Florida State parks pass, Eligible for selected member only special events, 5 FOLK's t-shirts, recognition in select publications, and special VIP invites to all special events and activities.

Corporate Platinum – $500 (more than 5 employees) – Includes Corporate Gold benefits plus, 12 employee memberships and 12 FOLK's t-shirts.

Lifetime membership – Individual membership benefits for life.
